You Strike Woman You Strike Rock is a powerful and unforgettable story of the women of South Africa who fought against apartheid. This book is a must-read for anyone who wants to understand the history of South Africa and the role that women played in the fight for freedom.

The book tells the story of the women who participated in the 1956 Women's March on Pretoria. This march was a turning point in the anti-apartheid movement, and it helped to galvanize international support for the cause of freedom in South Africa.

The women who marched on Pretoria were from all walks of life. They were black, white, Indian, and coloured. They were young and old, rich and poor. But they were all united by a common goal: to end apartheid.

The march was a success, and it helped to bring about the end of apartheid. But the women who participated in the march paid a heavy price. Many of them were arrested and imprisoned. Some were tortured. And some were even killed.

But their sacrifice was not in vain. The women who marched on Pretoria helped to change the course of history. They helped to create a more just and equitable society in South Africa.

You Strike Woman You Strike Rock is a tribute to the women who fought against apartheid. It is a story of courage, determination, and hope. It is a story that will inspire and empower readers for generations to come.
